Every Monday we are offering a free weigh in in club.

 

All you have to do is ask a member of staff who will take you into a private room to weigh you. We will then spend some time with you discussing any issues you have, your goals and give you advice on how to reach them.

What you'll get during the weigh in:

  • Your weight taken in private
  • A discussion with a fitness professional to help reach your goal
  • Nutritional advice
  • Training advice

All members who attend for four weeks in a row will recieve a free personal training session.
