Wellsprings 'HITT' Cancer

Sunday 4th February saw over 30 participants HIIT cancer at Better, Wellsprings Leisure Centre.
The centre and its members battled their way through 30 minutes of GRIT Strength and Cardio to show Cancer what we are really made of!
Through everybodys huge effort we managed to raise £130 on the day for Cancer Research UK. A very big thank you to everyone who came along and a huge pat on the back for all your hard work!
We look forward to hosting a number of other events in the year in support of Cancer Research UK, so keep an eye out on how you can get involved.
