What should I do if I’ve missed a membership payment?
If you’ve missed a payment, don’t worry - we’re here to help you get back on track.
- If your Direct Debit is still active: We’ll try to collect the missed payment automatically.
- If your Direct Debit has been cancelled: You’ll need to set up a new Direct Debit mandate. Once that’s done, we can collect the missed payment.
- If some time has passed: You might need to rejoin by setting up a new membership.
