We have a range of resistance machines that target various muscle groups in a safe, stable and effective manner. This allows everyone, regardless of experience level or goal type, to have a rewarding workout in this zone.
We have an effective Free weights zone providing both dumbbells and barbells to allow for all possible compound movements.
Whether you require the stability of a Smith Machine, the isolation of a Preacher Curl or the full body challenge of a Squat Rack, you will find them in our gym at Falls.
A great introduction to strength and conditioning using equipment safely and learning more about the importance of exercise and sport specific training. Our fully qualified instructors will provide a safe enviroment and program for children 11 to 15 years old. Running Monday to Thursday 4pm - 5pm.
