Our group cycle studio is situated on the first floor of the building, come pedal your way to fitness on 1 of 30 top of the range Technogym bikes. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music and continuous motivation from out experienced coaches.
The original barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. This program is based on the rep effect, using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions; Pump will give you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the workout, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own.
