This functional zone, featuring a 4‑bay rig, is a dynamic space designed for functional movements and total‑body workouts. Resistance Area

Sculpt and strengthen specific muscle groups using our targeted resistance machines and a dedicated plate‑loaded training zone - including Hip Thrust, Hack Squat, Leg Press, Shoulder Press, Chest Press and Lat Pull. Suitable for all fitness levels, these machines will help you complete controlled movements for safer and more effective workouts.
