Our spacious double storey glass fronted gym has 140 fitness stations, state-of-the-art gym Technogym equipment and the best view across Belfast to work out and train for maximum results.

All of our cardio equipment fitted with Technogym UNITY, screens that allow you to plan UNITY SELF training programmes and browse the library to watch how to perform the exercises. Alternatively, you can read the latest news, browse the internet, connect to your friends on social media or watch the last episode of your favourite Netflix series from the point you left it.
Functional Zone
The functional training zone contains equipment that hones in on the core muscles of your lower back and abdomen to improve everyday movement. A selection of the equipment available includes:
