We are pleased to announce the launch of a brand new class list at Better Gym Bradford!!!

We now offer a more diverse range of classes and more female only classes. We have classes such as Spinning, Treadmill or Zumba classes if you are looking to work up a sweat and improve your cardiovascular fitness, Circuits or Zumba to work on your muscular endurance and strength or newly added ladies only Yoga to help destress and improve your flexibility and posture.

There is a class to help you achieve your fitness goal, whatever that is.

The timings of the classes are throughout the day so that we are bale to cater for all members, and acoomondate your busy lifestyles and schedules.

Classes are a great way to get in an intense workout in a short space of time. Our instructors are here to motivate you and push you beyond your limits. The most popular classes are the 9:30am classes in the mornings and the 18:00pm classes in the evenings. Both our fantastic female instructors’ classes are extremely popular and often fully booked, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Make sure to check availability through the app and to see what classes are running throughout the week. You can book a class seven days in advance on the app. 

Add classes to your fitness regime, set new goals, provide a bit of healthy competition and benefit from encouragement from fellow users whilst learning from our brilliant fitness instructors. Each one having different specialties in different disciplines but all thoroughly love teaching our wonderful community and watching the smiles flow whilst fitness goals are achieved.
