As a team at Better Gym Brentwood we work hard to ensure we offer good customer service and experience, so we have listened to your feedback and as promised reviewed the fitness class programme.
From November you will see that we have added an additional 10 classes to the group exercise programme:
- Monday 6:45am HIIT with Franqui
- Monday 7:30am Core Conditioning with Franqui
- Tuesday 11:00am Fitness Rebounder with Jessica
- Tuesday 12:00pm Pilates with Jessica
- Tuesday 6:00pm Group Cycling with Kerrie
- Wednesday 6:45am HIIT with Franqui
- Wednesday 7:30am Core Conditioning with Franqui
- Wednesday 6:00pm Social Dance with Jessica
- Wednesday 7:00pm Pilates with Jessica
- Friday 10:15am Core Conditioning with Gosia
Group Exercise Class Bio's:
HIIT - Involves high-intensity bursts of work outs with only short rest periods in between.
Core Conditioning - This Class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles.
Fitness Rebounder - Is a full body workout that mixes cardio and muscular endurance by jumping on a rebounder.
Yoga - Is a exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Pilates - Is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength.
Group Cycling - A high intensity group exercise class on a stationary bike. You can burn between 400-600 calories per class.
Social Dance - Uses your large muscle groups in a rhythmic nature.
So make sure you keep an eye on the website and app to book in for the classes. Please do remember if you can't attend to make sure you cancel the class to avoid any charges.
