As part of our new junior health and fitness membership we are now offering junior gym sessions.
These supervised sessions are a brilliant starting point for any young person wishing to get fit and active in safe surroundings.
These sessions are aimed at young people aged 11 -15 years and are offered 7 days a week so there’s no excuse to miss a session.
We require users to complete an induction with a member of our fitness team, where they will be inducted into the safe use and etiquette of the gym. Following this session members can access the gym during supervised hours either through a membership or casually.
All sessions are available to be booked in advance on line as sessions are limited to 15 junior attendances at each session.
