Fairwater Gym

Our gym includes new Technogym equipment offering 48 stations of cardio vascular, resistance, and plate load equipment together with  purpose built loose weights and functional areas. This large light and well air conditioned area is a place where all customers can gain the maximum for their visit.

Your Fitness Goals

When it comes to meeting your fitness goals, staying motivated is key. That is why we’ll work just as hard as you at keeping you focused on your targets.

At Fairwater Leisure Centre gym our friendly staff are always available to assist and support you and ensure that you are getting the most from your training session. You can also enhance your workout with access to personal training via Your PT for those who wanted some 1-2-1 training. 

So whatever you goal Fairwater Leisure centre is the perfect place for you to achieve them.

Gym Inductions

If you are going to use our gym we recommend a 1:2:1 induction with one of our Fitness Instructors who will help create a bespoke gym experience for you based on your specific needs. The induction will also show you how to use our equipment properly, ensuring you’ll be happy and confident to get the most out of your workout from the start.

Our staff are keen to share their wealth of knowledge and expertise to help put you at ease when discussing your goals and planning your regular exercise routine. If you’re already an experienced gym user, you can opt out and get straight to it.

Our facilities are not always staffed but just ask at the reception desk and staff will be available to help and support you in achieving your targets. We are always happy to help.

Give it a go Induction

Joining a gym is a huge step for most of us. To help ensure you stick to your routine and meet your goals, we are here to help keep you on track with a re-focus session.

Every six weeks we will offer you the opportunity to re-evaluate your progress with a Fitness Instructor and mix up your programme to keep challenging your body and stop your routine becoming stale.

The session is a good opportunity to assess what’s going well and what could be improved to reinvigorate your Better Gym experience.

Junior Gym

As part of our junior health and fitness membership we are now offering junior gym sessions.

These supervised sessions are a brilliant starting point for any young person  wishing to get fit and active in safe surroundings.

These sessions are aimed at young people aged 11 -17 years and are offered 7 days a week so there’s no excuse to miss a session.

We require Juniors to complete an induction with a member of our fitness team, where they will be inducted into the safe use and etiquette of the gym.  Following this session Juniors can access the gym during supervised hours either through a membership or on a casual basis.

All sessions are available to be booked in advance on line as sessions are limited to 10 junior attendances at each session.

We have a number of fantastic memberships available which includes use of the gym!
