Following an extensive refurbishment totalling £800,000 in April 2018, our Gym is spacious and well equipped with Technogym™ equipment stations.  Our experienced team of Fitness Instructors are also available at peak times to support you with your fitness goals.  We have a varied programme of fitness classes such as spinning, pilates, yoga and boxfit taking place over two professional studios. If you enjoy making a splash take advantage of our 5 lane 25m swimming pool where there are opportunities for swimming lessons, fitness swims, family fun and water workouts.  We also have a hydrotherapy pool which is ideal for customers in need of some water based rehabilitation and exercise.
