International Women's Day is this Friday 8th March!

To celebrate this day with our local community we have a limited number of FREE Day Passes up for grabs on Friday 8th March.

Celebrate women's achievement. Raise awareness about discrimination. Take action to drive gender parity. IWD belongs to everyone, everywhere. Inclusion means all IWD action is valid. 

International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women's equality.  With this years campaign theme #InspireInclusion www.internationalwomensday.com

Class Information: 

Group Cycle: Pedal your way fit. Cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our disciplined based classes. 

Legs, Bums & Tums: A great full body workout, targeting those challenging areas. Sculpt, tone, conditioning and build strength whilst focusing on your bums, tums and thighs. This class does exactly what is says on the tin – what more could you ask for! 

Pilates: Gently train your physique and improve core strength in a calming, yet challenging atmosphere. Pilates exercises focus on lengthening and strengthening muscles while challenging the core, to build a revived and resilient you. 

Boxfit: Combine boxing moves with invigorating aerobic exercise to get a great all-over workout in a safe, non-competitive environment. Boxfit classes deliver a one-two punch of intense physical activity and a motivating environment to train your way to fighting fitness. 

HIIT: Push yourself to the limit with 30 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up & help you reach your goals. If you want fast results in a class full of like-minded people of all ages and abilities, try a HIIT class near you.
