We're hosting additional junior gym sessions over the May Half Term Holidays starting from Monday 26th April- 30th May, for juniors aged between 11-17 year olds, along with Adult & Junior gym sessions.

Junior Gym Induction during Half Term
Monday - Friday 14:30-15:00
Adult & Junior Gym Sessions during Half Term
Monday - Friday 10:00 - 15:00 & 18:00 - 20:00
Juniors will need to be aged between 11-17yrs old and will need to have an induction.
Juniors are not permitted to use free weights.
Junior Multi Sports Sessions
Monday & Thursday 14:00 - 15:00 & 15:00 - 16:00
Including badminton, table tennis or pickleball.
If you've got a Better Health Junior monthly or annual membership you can also swim for no extra cost.
