At Better we aim to provide fun fitness and wellbeing activities for everyone. In Camden we run a wide range of dedicated female only sessions aimed at supporting women and girls to be more active.
This programme is in addition to all of the other activities we have available for all, from Gym and Swimming to Climbing and Group Fitness.
Run for women, by women, our sessions are supervised by qualified female members of staff and cater to women of all fitness stages and abilities. With our women-only gym sessions, you can develop a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the social and mental benefits of staying active.

At Swiss cottage, we have dedicated time in the sauna and steam room for women only. The sauna & steam room provide the ideal environment to relax and unwind both mind and body. Within close proximity there is a relaxation area, access to a drench shower and water fountain to remain hydrated.
Wednesday: 19:00 - 21:00
At Swiss Cottage, we run dedicated swim sessions specifically for women and girls to enjoy swimming in a safe, fun and supportive environment. Run for women, by women. With our ladies swimming sessions, you can develop a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the social and mental benefits of swimming.
