If you are looking to keep active and stay sociable, our 60+ club activities offer something for everyone. Come along, meet like-minded people, have fun and make friends while enjoying various activities and classes.
Join us every week for our fantastic 'drop in' sports hall session.
Day & Time: Thursdays from 10am-12pm
Fun, friendly and accommodating to all abilities - you'll be able to take part in:
- Table Tennis & Short Tennis
- Badminton & Short Mat Bowls
- Dominoes and board games
- And much more...
Drop in for just £3.00 per session which also includes teas, coffees and refreshments!
Swimming is available throughout the day at New Addington with swim for fitness and swim for all session’s. Swimming is a great all over body work out and suitable for all swimming abilities. There are lanes in all sessions with fast, medium and slow options
The gym is open for sessions every day. Our Gym is fully inclusive and boasts a huge variety of equipment including, resistance, cardio and functional, all ability levels are catered for. Our friendly gym team are there to support your fitness journey’s.
Senior Fitness Classes
We have an extensive fitness class programme which caterers for all fitness levels. Classes such as Dance Fitness, Aqua Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates and Chair based exercise. All classes are taken by our Club Lead and other experienced Fitness Class instructors. The classes can be booked by using the BetterUK App or if you prefer our staff at the front desk can book these classes for you.
