This National Fitness Day, we’re celebrating the power of movement and community with a range of free activities designed to get everyone involved — because this year, it’s all "Powered by You!".

Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or just starting your fitness journey, there’s something for everyone. We are offering a variety of fitness classes, from energising group workouts to low-impact sessions that are perfect for beginners. It’s a great opportunity to try something new, meet others and feel the buzz of moving together.

For those who enjoy a bit of friendly competition, we are also hosting Social Badminton and Pickleball session, open to both adults and juniors. These fun, informal games are a brilliant way to stay active while spending quality time with friends and family. No experience is needed and equipment will be provided.

National Fitness Day is all about celebrating the positive impact physical activity has on our health, wellbeing and sense of community. By taking part, you are not just moving your body - you’re inspiring others to do the same.
