Customer Feedback Week
Over the course of the past week we have been actively seeking feedback from our valued customers and members. This has been invaluable to us and has provided us awareness on where we are performing well as well as areas that we could improve.
Thank you so much to everyone that has offered us feedback. We have been busy improving / changing things raised to create a better experience for our customers. Y

We would like additional day time yoga classes. |
A new class with Roy will be commencing on Wednesday 8th March. |

The showers in the swimming pool changing area don't stay on for long enough. |
The showers in both swimming pool shower areas are due to be upgraded at the start of March |

The slam balls are missing from the gym. |
New slam balls have been ordered and are now available on the gym floor for use. |

Some of the upholstery is ripped on the gym equipment |
Lots of pieces have now been replaced. We are awaiting an engineer to repair the outstanding items. |

The public seating area sometimes has litter and could be cleaner |
We have added additional checks and cleaning of this area to our schedule. |
We are still seeking ongoing honest feedback to ensure we are continually improving the service and facilities. There is always a manager on hand should you have an ideas, suggestions or feedback to share with us. Please reach out to us via email or in person whilst visiting.
