
Women's Drop-In Tennis
Each week’s session focuses on a different area of the game to improve your ability with a mixture of skills training from professional coaches and match play with other women at your level. We provide the courts and rackets – you get the fun and can be as competitive as you want, without feeling under pressure.
Sessions take place every Thursday 10:30am - 12pm.
Only £5 per session.

Women's Football
A female Recreation Football session for women over the age of 16 takes place every Wednesday evening, ran by Brentford Football Club Community Sports Trust.
The session welcomes females of all abilities and focuses on improving your football skills, health and fitness, and allowing you to socialise and meet new friends.
£3 per session from the 22nd of February.

Women's Dance Fitness
Best for: Cardio fitness, stamina and endurance
Dance yourself fit with our Dance Fitness classes. These aerobic-style classes combine exercise and choreographed movements with infectious music to make staying active fun and easy.
