Everyone is invited to the Summer Open Weekend on the 19th and 20th July.

We want members to use the opportunity to try a new activity or bring a friend and we are trying to reach out to people in Hackney who have not experienced the Better centres. This special event offers the perfect opportunity for residents to explore the wide range of services and programmes available, encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle for all ages.

There are 7 centres across the borough, so we very much want to engage the local community. There is a range of free activities including badminton, swimming lessons, gym and Basic classes for individuals who may have not done much exercise in recent times. We welcome everyone who has booked on for free but please only take part in activities if you consider yourself healthy enough to do so. Additionally, please make sure you let the members of staff know about any health conditions which may impact your safety prior to activity.

For centres programmes please check out their websites.
