Take your workout to new heights with a power pump class by Better. Every Monday and Wednesday at 9:20am, packed full of energy and intense exercises, it’s the perfect way to start your morning. These high intensity fitness classes will get you doing a range of body-weight and weight-based exercises to get all the muscles in the body fired up and working. If you want to burn body fat while building muscle at the same time in a short space of time, this is the class for you!

What are the Benefits of a Power Pump class you may ask?
There are many benefits of attending our Power Pump classes such as the following:
- Torch the fat-Burn the fat with this high intensity workout, both aerobic and strength based, and get your body working maximally in the rhythm of the music.
- Have fun- the variety of exercises combined in this class routine will help keep you motivated throughout the workout
- Suitable for all levels- Anyone can join in; whether new to training or a regular gym goer, this class can help push your body to progress and work towards those specific goals you may have. The class is structured so you work to your limits, with limited rest period and long duration of exercises
- Raises your metabolism- power pump will aid in increasing your body's metabolism so that you burn more calories and become fitter and stronger. All while having fun!
What to bring to a Power Pump class
It is important that you stay hydrated during our high intensity power pump classes, so please make sure you bring a bottle of water with you (we also have water fountains in the centre for you to refill with). All of the equipment necessary will be situated in the studio and if new to this class simply ask our instructors for guidance on how to set-up before the class start.
