For those early birds that like to come in early in the morning and get their training out of the way first thing in the morning we've got two 6:35am classes being introduced! If however an early class just doesn’t suit your schedule we’re also adding a late evening class for that stress relief straight after a long day of work.

  • Monday 28th March at 20:05 Combat class

What is a combat class? Combat is a cardio class inspired by martial arts where you can punch, kick and strike your way through a total body workout to motivating music. Expect to burn heaps of calories and feel great while you're doing it! Great if your goal is weight loss or general fitness.

Calories burned within an hour: approx. 400-600

  • Tuesday 29th March at 06:35 Circuit Training class

Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session. This is very beneficial for someone wishing to burn a great amount of calories within a short period of time, all while having an all body workout.

  • Thursday 31st March at 09:15 Ballet Fit

You asked for more and we’re going to deliver! Since we’ve introduced the Saturday morning Ballet Fit it’s become popular in an instant so we thought why not add another? Ballet fit is a group exercise class based on Ballet, Yoga and Pilates, designed to help improve coordination, posture and flexibility. The class focuses on form, alignment and technique whilst targets large muscle groups to give you a full body, fat burning workout and to help you improve that joint mobility and flexibility. 

  • Friday 1st April at 06:35 Group Cycle class

Pedal your way fit. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline -based classes. Work through your paces in our group cycle classes and push yourself while following the instructor’s guidance.
