Sauna has re-opened

The Sauna at Botwell Green  Sports & Leisure Centre has re-opened

 

Following the recent repairs (new benches and heater) the Sauna has now re-opened.

 

The booking procedure has now changed to and sessions must be booked via the app or website in advance and a wrist band must be worn during the session (please collect at reception on arrival, no wristband will mean access is not permitted)

 

Sessions are 30 minutes long, with a capacity of 12 per session.

 

The sauna hours have also been extended

 

Monday               07:00 – 21:00

Tuesday               07:00 – 21:00

Wednesday        07:00 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 20:00

                Womens only 12:05 – 12:50

Thursday             07:00 – 21:00

Friday                   07:00 – 20:30

Saturday              08:00 – 15:30

Sunday                                 08:00 – 15:00

Sessions are free of charge to Better Health Members. Alternatively, you can join as a Pay As You Go member for free and book the session via the better app or online at www.better.org.uk prices vary based on membership category.
