Botwell Green Sports & Leisure Centre Members can only book the creche 1-2 hours per day and up to 3 sessions per week. You can only book through Kiddiecare by calling 02088489888. The first 2 hours (or first session) shall be at a reduced rate of £4.00 and this session must be booked 48 hours- 7 days in advance. Any additional hours after this first session, shall be booked at a rate of £6.00 per hour. Additional sessions cannot be booked with your first session and nursery shall only book these sessions 24-48 hours prior before the required session and is subject to availability. Payments are due on the day of the session booked. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are still chargeable. At Kiddiecare Nursery, staff to children ratios must be adhered to at all times therefore creche bookings will be booked if the ratio can be covered and may at any time be cancelled by Kiddiecare if unforeseen circumstances arise where there would be no charge and notice shall be given as soon as possible.
The creche is available between the hours of 9.30am-11.30am and 1-3pm, Monday to Fridays, 51 weeks of the year and is closed on all bank holidays, weekends, nursery events and training days.
The creche can be used for children aged from 3 months and up until the child’s 5th birthday. Parents are not permitted to leave the premises while the child is in the creche and must be using the facilities.
When registering with the creche all parents must complete the nursery’s registration form prior to leaving their child. Children cannot be left in the creche without the form being completed. Prior to the child first session a 10-15 minute session will be arranged to help settle your child.
