Cardio Zone

Ready for some cardio? The cardio zone includes treadmills, bikes, and rowing machines, all with UNITY touchscreens. It’s a good space for steady sessions or mixing cardio with strength work. Whether you want to burn calories or look after your health, cardio workouts are a great option for all ability levels.

Strength & Resistance Zone

The strength and resistance zone includes dumbbells up to 38kg, along with Olympic benches and power racks. It’s set up for strength work and muscle training at your own pace. Staff are happy to offer tips or support if you need it.

Functional Zone

The functional zone is designed for bodyweight exercises, circuits, and varied movements. It’s a relaxed space where you can change up your routine and try different ways of training. This area suits both beginners and regular gym users.

Stretch Zone

The stretch zone is on the top floor and is the perfect space to warm up and cool down in the gym. With mats and space to stretch and practice bodyweight movements, you can use this space before or after your workout.
