We're committed to improving our services in your local community and making your leisure experience even better. That's why we're excited to let you know that upgrades are now complete at the gym at Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex!

We've improved the overall layout of the gym and replaced all the gym equipment in the cardio and resistance zones with brand-new Technogym kit making the space a more comfortable and motivating place to work towards your health and fitness goals. We've also be replaced all the group cycle bikes as well!
