Starting with a short opening circle and some simple breath work, Kate will then lead a restorative Sound Bath, supporting you to feel calmer, grounded and rested.

The soothing sounds of the crystal singing bowls, singing pyramid and chimes will take you on a journey through the chakras. The sounds resonate at many different healing frequencies that correspond to each of the chakras / energy centres, helping to bring about balance and harmony and remove any stagnant energy, or anything that is causing us dis-harmony.

Scientifically speaking, the sound frequencies slow our brainwaves down, quietening down our minds and allowing us to drift into a floaty dreamlike meditative state. This also allows our nervous system to rest, digest, restore and repair.

No experience is necessary.

If you need to you can also share the contraindications:

1. Epilepsy – some forms of epilepsy may be triggered by sound.  If you have been diagnosed with epilepsy please consult with your doctor first to make sure it is safe for you to attend.

2. Pregnancy during the first 12 weeks – sound baths should be safe during pregnancy but please do your own research if you feel concerned, or consult with your doctor before booking. The singing bowls will never be placed on your body and will be played at a minimum of 20cm distance from you.

3. Implants, plates or pacemakers – It is advisable to keep a minimum distance of 20 cm from the singing bowls when attending. Please consult with your doctor whether a sound bath is safe for you.

No medical claims are made about the use of crystal singing bowls and they are not to be used in replacement of any medication you might be taking.

We look forward to sharing this experience with you.
