We’re Making Your Spa Better!

We are planning on improving the Spa for our customers and would like to share our ideas with you.

Firstly, we will be constructing a brand new treatment suite in the first floor foyer, relocating the sofas and creating a new area. This suite will provide the following treatments:

• Blow Dry
• Hair Styling
• Manicure
• Pedicure
• And more…

Kensington Better Spa Experience will then become the first Spa Experience location to offer hair styling and blow drying.

Contractors are scheduled to start construction of the new treatment suite from early December. However, this won’t affect any other services.

Our Thermal Spa will also be upgraded with the installation of an Infra-Red Sauna, Heated Mosaic Bench, and additional Relaxation Beds. These equipment will be in addition to the current offer, and there will be no loss or reduction to the current facilities in the Thermal Spa.

Why are you completing these works?

Due to the high demand for treatments and thermal spa sessions at peak times we are looking to improve our service and better cater to our guests’ needs.

How are you listening to our feedback?

The spa is being enhanced as a result of direct feedback from guests. We have proposed these improvements and are now keen to hear what you think.

When will works start and how long will they take?

We would like to start works between late November 2019 - January 2020 and estimate it will take up to 5 weeks to complete.

Will my spa session be disrupted during these works?

The construction of the new treatment suite will not cause direct disruption as all works will take place outside the current spa,  but there will be additional noise during the build. The upgrade of the thermal spa will result in some disruption due to the installation of new features and we anticipate the thermal spa will be closed for approximately one week whilst the upgrade takes place. We apologise for the upcoming disruption but the outcome for our guests will be well worth it!

Will thermal spa prices increase following the works?

There are no plans to increase thermal spa prices as a result of the works undertaken. All spa prices will be subject to an annual review in April, and this is in line with all other activity pricing in the centre.
