Our Better Health and Fitness Junior membership† is designed to help youngsters get off to a great start, at a competitive price. Your child will enjoy access to every swimming pool, the junior gym and junior fitness class in their local area, as well as discounts of up to 30% on a range of other activities.
During the Summer Holidays, Junior members will be able to use the Fitness Centre on a daily basis during the hours of:
Weekdays
Monday – Friday: 10:00–12:00 and 15:30–17:30
Weekends
Saturday & Sunday: 12:30–14:30
All Junior Gym users must complete an induction before attendining ther first session

Strength and Conditoning
Get stronger and sculpt. These sessions are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner using a series of exercises using equipment and your own body weight
Cardio
Stay energised for longer. Using your own bodyweight and equipment, this class will increase your energy levels and help you exercise for longer, as well as improving your overall fitness levels
Group Cycle
Pedal your way fit. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline - based classes. Better for lower body strength and conditioning

ADULT AND JUNIOR GYM

Calling all members and non members with children! Would you like to bring along your child to train with you in the gym?
Want to work out with your parent or carer? Our Adult & Junior Gym sessions are a great way for families to stay active and have fun together.
Just remember: the adult needs to stay with you the whole time and help make sure you’re using the equipment safely and responsibly.
A few rules to keep things running smoothly: only one junior per adult, and the sessions are for ages 9–17. If the equipment’s not being used properly or anyone’s not following the rules, you may be asked to leave the session.
