For our class spotlight, we've picked none other than our very popular Boxfit class.

Our Boxfit classes offer a great high-intensity cardio workout featuring boxing techniques that include boxing drills, partner pad-work, footwork, abdominal work and more, with the aim to improve your overall fitness and tone your body. In this class, we guarantee you will break up a sweat! Boxfit class gets your heart pumping whilst having a bit of fun, learning new punching techniques as well as some traditional boxing moves. To sum it up, a very effective calorie-burning workout is designed to improve your body composition and cardiovascular fitness, build strength and, most important of all, relieve stress. Had a stressful day at work? Feel like you need to take your anger and bad thoughts out of your body? Then think no more. Our Boxfit class is where you need to be! As an added bonus, you get to interact and socialise with other participants and enjoy a fun and effective group workout. Additionally, this is a great way to boost your overall stamina due to the high demand for cardiovascular fitness exerted during the class, it provides full body conditioning by combining different movements such as punching, core exercises, kicks, and jumps just to name a few.
