Protein plays a vital part in your nutrition, it is mainly responsible for building and repairing muscles and producing enzymes and hormones. Protein powder aids with weight loss and toning of muscles. With our busy daily schedule we sometimes find it challenging to ensure we are providing our body with the right amount of nutrition, in particular after a gym session.

On Friday, 18th of October we will be holding a session on our gym floor where members will have the opportunity to sample protein shakes and discuss the benefits of having protein supplements, along with the ingredients and the different types of protein shakes that would suit your health requirements.
