HIIT - High intensity interval training consist of short duration of high intensity exercises with short breaks inbetween, what you are aiming to archive with this workout and to give 100% effort for a short period followed by a break and then repeat. This traning style allows for great fitness results whether you are looking to burn , build , or tone.

Les Mills Grit Strength - This component consist of the use of beodyweight , barbell and plates you help you build strength , tone and invprove general fitness

Les Mills Grit Plyo - This component focuses on building a lean and athletic body type using explosive agility training

Les Mills Grit Cadrio - cardio element is to use your own body weight with a focus on speed and intensity to swiflty burn fat and improve general cardiovascular fitness

using the ipad outside studio 1 you can play any of the Les Mills Grit series during our on demand session daily during the  morning and afternoon slots.
