Mindfulness is an integrative, mind-body based approach that helps people to manage their feelings and mental health. NICE recommends it as a preventative practice for people with experience of reoccurring stress and depression.
On Thursday, October 10th World Mental Health Day is celebrated worldwide to raise awareness and support for better mental health and start looking after your own wellbeing.
