Sauna and Steam rooms now open

Relax and enjoy once again our Sauna and steam rooms at Wembley leisure centre.
This facilities will have the following opening times:
| Weekdays | Weekends |
| 7am-10am | 12-3pm |
| 12-3pm | 4-6pm |
| 7-9pm |
Staggered times are present to increase air flow and cleaning in between sessions.
Max 4 people are allowed per room and there is a current time limit of 20 min stay per room.
To enjoy your Steam or Sauna, just book your swim through the app and enjoy! (this applies to all members, gym only users and non members)
