This summer, North City Family & Fitness Centre is making a splash with two exciting activities for children and families to enjoy during the school holidays!

Whether your child is eager to build water confidence or you’re looking for fun family-friendly pool sessions, we’ve got something for everyone.

Rookie Lifeguard Course – enrol now!

We're thrilled to bring back our popular Rookie Lifeguard Course – the perfect opportunity for young swimmers aged 8–12 years to learn essential water safety and rescue skills in a safe, fun and supportive environment.

Led by qualified instructors, children will work towards RLSS UK Rookie Lifeguard Awards, learning everything from basic rescues and CPR to water safety awareness and teamwork.

Who: Anyone with a basic swimming ability

Fun & Floats – Splash into Summer!

Looking for a way to keep the kids active and entertained over the holidays? Our Fun & Floats sessions are running throughout the summer — packed with inflatables, pool toys, and good vibes!

Perfect for families and younger swimmers, these sessions are all about having fun and enjoying the water together.
