If you didn't already know, we run a Senior Club for anyone ages 50+ on a Tuesday and Friday morning between 10:30 - 12 for just £2.50 per session! It's such a lovely group that includes a range of different activities including: soft tennis, badminton, table tennis, and boules.  The Cafe will also be open after both sessions so you can replenish yourself with one of the many different hot or cold drinks we have on offer whilst having a chat with everyone at our reception area

Meet some of our Senior Club users and hear what they have to say about the club!

In the first image we have June, She comes to our over 50’s session & it’s helped her to combat loneliness following retirement. As well as the sport, she says she “soooo enjoys the social element”.

Secondly we have Rob; he comes to our 50+ session. This session has helped him by supplementing his level of fitness. Rob says the members are a good crowd & we all have a laugh too.

The Sessions is led by our Fitness Instructor Jules, here is a little bit about her!

Hi my name is Julia, I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Qualifications include:

  • Fitness instructor
  • PT Level 3
  • Future Fit Advanced Nutrition Diploma
  • Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach
  • Eating Psychology Diploma • Also certified in other health related subjects (see me for more info)
  • I’m currently studying GP Exercise referral Certification and a B.T.N Academy nutrition Qualification

Hobbies & interests are:

  • Bodybuilding and physique aesthetics
  • Training
  • Walks in nature
  • Reading
  • Watching T.V
  • Having coffee with friends
