Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes specially for an older adults, , we’ve got something to suit everyone. We also offer both instructor led and virtual classes.
Members can book 7 days in advance, non members 6 days in advance.
These classes typically involve a combination of rhythmic movements and bodyweight exercises, such as jumping jacks, lunges, and burpees, to elevate heart rate and challenge the cardiovascular system. Some popular types of cardio fitness classes include group cycle, step aerobics, dance cardio, kickboxing, and HIIT (high-intensity interval training).
Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning fitness classes are designed to improve overall physical fitness and performance by combining exercises that focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. These classes typically involve a variety of resistance training exercises using free weights and bodyweight exercises, as well as cardiovascular exercises such as running, jumping, and plyometrics.
Yoga and Pilates
These classes involve low-impact physical movements, such as yoga or Pilates, combined with mindfulness practices, such as meditation or deep breathing. The goal of these classes is to improve overall physical health while also promoting mental well-being and reducing stress.
Lapping the pool is not the only way to get a workout in the water. Why not try something new with our water workouts. Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints. Our Water Workout classes are available on Monday at 11.00am.
