Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community, from our standard fitness classes to classes specially for an older adults, , we’ve got something to suit everyone. We also offer both instructor led and virtual classes.

Cardio
These classes typically involve a combination of rhythmic movements and bodyweight exercises, such as jumping jacks, lunges, and burpees, to elevate heart rate and challenge the cardiovascular system. Some popular types of cardio fitness classes include group cycle, step aerobics, dance cardio, kickboxing, and HIIT (high-intensity interval training).
Group Cycle
Ready to sweat? Our Group cycle classes will ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric, motivating environment.
HITT
Push yourself to the limit with 30-45 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker.
Functional Fitness
The exercises in this session are designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use everyday at home, work or during sports.
Aqua Aerobics
Lapping the pool is not the only way to get a workout in the water. Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints.
Boxfit
Get your heart racing and feel the burn with Boxfit. Boxfit is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. Suitable for all levels, this non-contact workout will you improve your agility, strength and overall fitness.
Guided by a trained instructor, you'll work through a range of cardio exercises all focusing on fitness and toning your muscles, especially your arms and core.

Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning fitness classes are designed to improve overall physical fitness and performance by combining exercises that focus on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. These classes typically involve a variety of resistance training exercises using free weights and bodyweight exercises, as well as cardiovascular exercises such as running, jumping, and plyometrics.
Legs, Bums and Tums
Sculpt, tone, conditioning and build strength whilst focusing on your Bums, Tums and Thighs. This class does exactly what is says on the tin – what more could you ask for!
Body Conditioning
This full body workout is achieved through high repetition movement and non-cardio exercises.

Dance
Dance fitness classes can vary in intensity, from low-impact options that focus on improving coordination and balance, to high-intensity workouts that provide a full-body cardio and strength-training session.

Yoga and Pilates

Water Workout

Ladies Only Yoga
Embrace the flow of natural body movements during this all-levels, ladies only yoga class. Learn to develop strength, flexibility and peace of mind as your teacher leads you through a range of postures and breathing exercises.
