Whatever you are looking to achieve we have classes for the whole community that are all accessible to book online. Members can book 7 days in advance, non-members 6 days in advance.

Strength And Conditioning
Choose from a range of great, motivational group classes that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body.
Legs, Bums and Tums: Sculpt, tone, conditioning and build strength whilst focusing on your Bums, Tums and Thighs muscle groups.
Body Conditioning: This full body workout is achieved through high repetition movement and non-cardio exercises.

Cardio
Get your heart racing in our variety of fast-paced high energy cardio classes.
Group Cycle: Our Group cycle classes will ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric, motivating environment.
HITT: Push yourself to the limit with 30-45 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.
Functional Fitness: The exercises in this session are designed to help you train your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use every day.
Aqua Aerobics: Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints.
Boxfit: is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. Suitable for all levels, this non-contact workout will you improve your agility, strength and overall fitness.

Dance
Keep fit and feel great with our energising classes that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
Dance Fitness: Our ranges of Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography with music to keep you motivated every step of the way. Classes can vary in intensity, from low-impact options that focus on improving coordination, to high-intensity workouts that provide a full-body cardio training session.

Water Workout
Lapping the pool is not the only way to get a workout in the water. Why not try something new with our water workouts. Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on the joints. Our Water Workout classes are available on Monday at 10.15am.

Mind and Body
These classes involve low-impact physical movements, combined with mindfulness practices, such as meditation or deep breathing. The goal of these classes is to improve overall physical health while also promoting mental well-being and reducing stress.
Pilates: Gently train your physique and improve core strength in a calming, yet challenging atmosphere. Pilates exercises focus on concentration and muscle control and is great for lengthening and strengthening your core.
Yoga: Embrace the flow of natural body movements to develop strength, flexibility and a peaceful state of mind. From energetic routines to slow, serene sequences, Yoga classes balance movement and meditation.
