What is Junior Gym?
Junior gym is a dedicated session for children between 11 and 17 years old to introduce them to working out in the gym and help them start their journey towards a healthy and active lifestyle.
All juniors are required to attend Junior Gym Induction before their first session.
Junior Gym days and times (Term Time):
Monday - Friday, 15:30 – 16:30, 16:00 – 17:00, 16:30 – 17:30
Saturday & Sunday, 12:45-13:45 and 14:00-15:00
Additional weekday morning session during School Holidays:
Monday - Friday, 10:45-11:45 and 12:00-13:00
