Toddlers World Celebrates Oxfordshire Baby Week with Free Sessions
Toddlers World, the popular soft play and activity space for children under five, is excited to support the launch of Oxfordshire’s very first Baby Week with two free sessions on Friday, 14th November.
The free sessions, which will run from 9.30am-10.30am and 10.30am-11.30am, are designed to offer families the perfect opportunity to explore all that Toddlers World has to offer. Children can enjoy a range of exciting activities, including a bouncy castle, soft play zone, role play areas, games, and crafts, all in a safe and welcoming environment. There’s also a dedicated baby area for the youngest visitors to enjoy.
Booking into one of these free sessions will also give families access to an informative fair featuring a variety of services, supporting both early childhood development and the important first years of life. Stall holders will include Oxford health NHS foundation trust, Home-Start Southern Oxfordshire and National Deaf Children's Society. Light refreshments and a social area will also be available for families to interact and enjoy a hot drink.
The sessions come as part of Oxfordshire Baby Week, which runs from 14th to 20th November and aims to highlight the importance of early childhood. This citywide initiative brings together a range of services, helping to raise awareness about the first 1,001 days of a child’s life and the critical developmental milestones that take place during this period. The week aims to celebrate services that support parents and caregivers, promote healthy development, and provide the best start for every child.
The Baby Week initiative is a registered charity, originally inspired by Brazil's Semana do Bebê (UNICEF 2010), and is now held annually across cities in the UK. The event is an essential part of ongoing efforts to make the UK the best place for babies to grow up. With the support of local services and parents, Oxfordshire’s Baby Week is set to make a lasting impact on families across the region.
