Basic Induction

Basic Induction (30 mins): Our instructor will introduce you to our gym and demonstrate how to use our equipment properly, ensuring you'll be happy and confident to get the most out of your workout from the start.

Total Induction

 Total Induction (60 mins): A dedicated one-hour session to focus on how we can help you to achieve your goals. With an in depth consult, the Fitness Instructors will have time and understanding to prepare a personalised exercise programme based on your specific needs.

Re-focus Session

To keep you on track, we also offer Re-Focus sessions, where one of our fitness team members will assess your progress, review your goals and update your current fitness programme with activities targeted to your needs.
