Summer Open weekend 19th and 20th July 2025
Whether you're a first time visitor or someone who has been curious about joining our community, we're thrilled to show you what we have to offer at our summer open weekend. We're all about promoting health, fitness, and well-being for individuals and families of all ages and abilities so come along and enjoy some free activities.
We offer a wide varirty of facilities and services,including:
- A range of gym equipment
- Swimming Pool
- Group Fitness classes (like Yoga, Dance Fitness, Powerpump,Group Cycle,Aqua aerobics)
- Sports Courts (For Pickleball/Tennis and Badminton)

What do I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for all activities and bring a towel and some water with you.
What if I have a health condition?
Please make sure you let the members of staff know about any health conditions prior to activity.
How do I book?
To book our open day activities please visit the Open Weekend Tab either on the Better UK app or online
and select the date you would like to attend.Please note the swimming options will be bookable under the swimming tab.

Non-members
Non-members can participate by creating a free account via the app or online at
https://bookings.better.org.uk/register
then simply booking an available open day activity. As part of the registration process, Customers must agree to the activity terms and conditions, which include a signed waiver granting access into the centre.
