Here at Energise, we aim to make all our services, classes, and facilities as accessible as possible. However, we understand that not everyone will feel comfortable during mainstream activities.
Inclusive Swim
This open session is designed for people with disabilities and their carers in a friendly and safe environment. The session is across both the main and small pool. The main pool has a Pool Pod to assist entry to the pool and easy access steps available. The small pool has a pool hoist and easy access steps. It is a dementia friendly session with no music for sensory sensitivities.
Ages: All ages, under 8's must be accompanied by an adult.
Times: Tuesday 10.30 - 11.45 and Sunday 14.45 - 15.45.
Price: Adults £5.55 and juniors £3.75.
Hydrotherapy Pool
The warm water and sensory lighting in the Hydrotherapy pool enables children and young adults with autism and other disabilities to swim in a calming and peaceful environment. There are private and accessible changing facilities with pool and ceiling hoists.
Ages: All ages, under 8's must be accompanied by adult.
Times: Monday-Friday 5-8pm
Price: £24 per 1 hour session

Level Water
Level Water is a charity that provides part funded 1 to 1 swimming lessons to children with a physical disability, visual impairment or hearing impairment with the aim of successfully integrating them into a group lesson to continue to develop once they are able to do so. Parents must apply via the Level Water website and will be assessed for eligibility.
