Music Tuition

From beginner to professional our 1-2-1 lessons are suitable for all and start at age 5 years. Lessons are after school and at weekends, there are no registration fees and you can enrol at any point in the term. All our classes are all in a safe and welcoming environment. Students are given the opportunity to perform in concerts and listen to fellow students. They are also encouraged to join our music groups. Students are encouraged to take exams appreciating taking them in relaxed and familiar settings.

We offer 1-2-1 lessons in the following instruments, we have a minimum age for each instrument please see below for details. Please note that all lessons are available for adults as well as children.

Early musical training can help develop brain areas involved in language and reasoning. Music students learn to think creatively and to solve problems by imagining various solutions. Music study enhances teamwork and discipline and provides children with a self-expression. Adults who have missed out as children have a second chance.

Research has shown that children who participate in musical activities have improved co-ordination and memory whilst practicing enhanced self-discipline. Performing in ensembles helps with social skills, where teamwork and inter-personal relationships are very important.

Per 30 minute class £18.50

 

Performing arts classes are paid for by Direct Debit. Direct Debit fees are calculated over 39 weeks – that’s how many weeks our classes run for during the year. The fee for 39 weeks is divided by 12 months to keep the monthly cost affordable. This means that your payments will still come out in August and holiday times when classes are not running.

There is no contract and the Direct Debit can be cancelled at any time providing one months notice.
