Junior Gym
A great introduction to strength and conditioning using equipment safely and learning more about the importance of exercise and sport specific training. Our fully qualified instructors will provide a safe enviroment and programme for children 11 to 17 years old. Running Monday to Sunday 3pm - 5pm.
