Our Junior Gym sessions are the perfect opportunity for 11 - 17 year olds to use our gym facilities.
These sessions are supervised by our Fitness Instructors that are on hand to provide advice, answer questions and ensure everyone is safe.
Monday - Friday
15:00 - 18:00
(10:00-12:00 additional session during school holidays)
Saturday - Sunday
12:00 - 15:00
These sessions need to be booked online or through our app.
Adult & Junior Gym
Our Adult & Junior Gym sessions are the perfect opportunity to enjoy a gym session between parent and child.
Monday - Friday: 16:45 - 20:45.
Saturday - Sunday: 12:45 - 14:45.
*Only children between the ages of 11-17 years are permitted in these sessions.
*Children aged 15 or under must be actively supervised by an adult/parent at all times. It is the adult's responsibility to ensure that the child is using the equipment in a safe manner. These sessions are limited to one child per adult.
*Both adult and junior users will need to either:
-be booked through the app or the website before coming in (free of charge for members)
-pay for a Gym admission.
Junior Gym Induction
All juniors are required to book and attend a Junior Gym Induction before using the gym facilities. These inductions are led by our Fitness Instructors. During these inductions, our Fitness Instructors advise juniors of the gym rules & etiquette, health & safety information as well as perform exercise demonstrations to aid safe technique.
These sessions can be booked online or through our app.
Junior Strength Programme

This programme is designed specifically for young people aged 11-17 years old, focusing on building foundational strength and improving athletic performance in a safe and effective environment.
