FREE WEIGHTS
At Whiterock our free weights area has been designed to give you the tools you need to achieve your workout goals.
Our range of free weights include;
Dumbbells ranging 2KG- 40KG
Squat Rack
Bench Press
Preacher Bench
Olympic Bars
If you have never used free weights before but would like to try, our gym staff are always on hand to asist you.
BOXING SUITE
Boxing is a fantastic way to enhance cardiovascular fitness, improve total body strength and decrease stress. Our dedicated Boxing Suite has a variation of boxing bags to allow for both amateur and higher level Boxing training.
As a member you can access the Boxing Suite 7 days a week or book into one of our classes.
We run 3 BoxFit classes per week
Monday 6pm-7pm
Thursday 9:30am-10:30am
Saturday 10am-11am
