Better Gym Mere Green's new look!

Better Gym Mere Green has had a full refurbishment! From the gym floor, to the changing rooms, and even a brand new Spin Studio!

We have taken part of the before oversized women's changing room, and turned it into a Spin Studio, fitting 20 brand new spin bikes in as well as the instructor, brand new speakers and lights really bringing the room to life whenever there is a class in there! With what the womens changing rooms has remaining has been transformed with brand new lockers, 2 new vanity units, GHD hairdryers and straightners all to bring together the new look of the gym!

On the gym floor is where you will find the biggest change, with nearly all of the old equipment being raplaced by the newest top of the range version of itself, or replaced entirely with a new piece of equipment never seen before in this gym, the brand new pieces that have come in are:

• Lying leg curl
• Adductor/Abductor Machine
• Hip Thrust Machine
• Ab Crunch Machine
• Low Row Machine
• Power Rack
• Plate loaded Pull Down
• Pectoral Fly/Reverse Fly Machine

As well as this, all of the cardio equipment has been upgraded to the most up to date kit, with entertainment systems fitted into all the cardio!

With all these new updates it is a new gym for returning members and new members alike, nothing is as it was before! We look forward to welcoming you to the new look Better Gym Mere Green soon!
