Member benefits

Whether you have been with us for years or are a newcomer to Better Gym Mere Green, there is a range of member benefits you may not know about, if you are into classes, prefer to train on your own and are not too sure on all the equipment, or need someone next to you telling you to push one more rep, we may have the right thing to keep you motivated!

If you are somebody that enjoys their classes, we have a full timetable of well over 50 classes a week! Ranging from spin at 6:15am up until late night body conditioning at 8:15pm, we will have multiple classes that will keep you going week on week, maybe you want to look into the new Vibe Cycle on a Tuesday or even the brand new Combat class on a Wednesday, these were both spoke about in depth in our last news story.

All of our members are able to request an induction from the team as well as an 8 week programme to help keep you motivated! If you're new to the gym and may not know all the equipment, then an induction might be right to help you feel right at home in the gym environment, or if you feel you know what you are doing but just want to have that something new, you can have a sit down meeting with one of the team and they will plan an 8 week programme around your wants and needs. These programmes can then be reviewed after the 8 weeks to see what you enjoyed, or to find out things you want to change or add to the programme and you can go round again!

Finally, all members are also welcome to have a free PT session with one of our brilliant PT's, one of the team will pass your details onto the PT that suits you best and they will take it from there! This method of training is extremely popular with people that like to be pushed them extra couple of reps and there is nothing wrong with having a little of taste of what is out there.
