Looking to smash your 2023 fitness goals? Why not have a look at our new group exercise programme for September! 

We have added new classes to programme that include: 

Boxfit - as labelled as one of the best all-round exercises you can take part in. Boxfit is a full body conditioning class that will improve your cardiovascular, flexibility, resistance, toning, footwork and hand to eye co-ordination. 

Zumba - The Latin-inspired dance exercise, has been praised for its ability to boost energy and melt stress levels by purely focusing on movement and music. Zumba works muscles all over the body, raises the heart rate and tones the body without feeling like a workout, which is perfect for those who find it hard to concentrate through traditional gym sessions. 

Pilates - The health benefits of Pilates include: improved flexibility, increases muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and glutes (core muscles of your body). Pilates is an exercise that balances the muscular strength on both sides of your body.

HIIT - (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a form of exercise that involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with recovery periods. The benefits of HIIT include: Burning Calories, Losing weight, Build muscle, Lowering blood pressure and blood sugar, Improving oxygen and blood flow, Improving mental health and memory.

Group Cycling - Is a fun way to get your exercise in and boost your fitness. During these sessions, you'll be using a stationary bike, with an instructor leading you through different speeds and resistance levels. We also play music to help motivate you through the workout.
