National Fitness Day is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays accros the UK, helping us raise awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthier lifestyles through being physically active.

 

National Fitness Day in Cardiff had multiple classes, free swimming and gym sessions for members and non-members. We welcomed all fitness levels to our centres and had over 70 participants for Yoga, Body Conditioning, Group Cycling, Badminton, Gym sessions and Swimming sessions. A huge thank you to Fairwater, Maindy & Western for being our host centres and we cannot wait for the next one.
