With preloaded programmes to help challenge your workout in different ways, our friendly instructors will talk you through how best to use these programmes to support your training.

Strength Area

Your strength area has been carefully designed to give you the tools you need to achieve your workout goals. We have a range of various eequipment to help you meet your fitness goals including:

Junior Gym

Our Junior Gym sessions offer 11-17 year olds the opportunity to use the gym with help and support from our experienced Fitness Instructors. With dedicated times throughout the week and additional sessions during school holidays, there is plenty of time to improve your fitness.

Juniors will have access to the gym equipment including bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and cross trainers.

PERSONAL TRAINERS

Here Pentwyn  Leisure Centre our personal trainers provide programmes for all areas of general fitness and are there to give you all the motivation and support you need to achieve your goals.

Your trainer will design a progressive training workout just for you. They'll select the appropriate loads, reps, sets and sequence of exercises, ensuring your time is best spent, giving much better results than if you were training alone. They'll also offer nutritional and lifestyle advice.

Workouts will be challenging, educational yet fun, and hopefully you'll find the experience has a positive effect on your whole life!
