
Senior Multi Activity Day
We have launched a brand new Senior's Activity Day at Helston Sports Centre every Thursday.
If you are aged 60+, looking to get more active and meet like minded people we would love you to join us.
We have the following sessions available for you to book:
- 10.30am - 11.30am - Senior's circuit - a low intensity exercise class covering a range of movements in a relaxed, friendly setting
- 10.40am - 11.30am - Senior's swim
- 11.30am - 1pm - Drop by for a cuppa and a chat with other customers and some of our friendly fitness team
- 1pm - 2pm - Yoga
If you are a member these activities are included in your membership, if not you can pay as you go but we would love to see you.

AquaAerobics
Best for: Low-impact, Mobility and Total Body Conditioning
If you’re looking for a low-impact class that will help you tone up, why not try one of our Aqua Aerobics classes?
Aqua Aerobics, is a form of gentle exercise done in water. These classes are suitable for everyone - regardless of age or ability - combining aqua aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves to give you a full body workout.
Aqua Aerobics Classes offer a fun way to exercise in the water that’ll get your heart pumping without putting pressure on your joints.
