Senior Multi Activity Day
We have launched a brand new Senior's Activity Day at Helston Sports Centre every Thursday.
If you are aged 60+, looking to get more active and meet like minded people we would love you to join us.
We have the following sessions available for you to book:
- 09,30am - 10.30am Functional fitness - a low intensity exercise class covering a range of movements in a relaxed, friendly setting
- 10.30am - 11.30am - LBT- a low intensity exercise class covering a range of movements in a relaxed, friendly setting
- 10.40am - 11.30am - Senior's swim
- 11.30am - 1pm - Drop by for a cuppa and a chat with other customers and some of our friendly fitness team
If you are a member these activities are included in your membership, if not you can pay as you go but we would love to see you.
